This weekend is the annual Gay Pride festivities in Amsterdam. Today saw the weekend's headline event - the canal boat parade. As opposed to floats on the street, Amsterdam hosts the world's only water based boat parade with this year around 80 boats motoring the several kilometers long route along the Prinsengracht.
